Waterside Workshops creates pathways for young people to build confidence, skills, and belonging through hands-on work, mentorship, and outdoor experiences. Every day, youth learn by doing as they repair bikes, learn and build in our boat shop, participate in climate action projects, earn their first paychecks, and explore local waterways. Your ongoing support fuels the skill building that makes this possible, from tools and training to paid internships, caring mentors, and safe, welcoming spaces. Together, we are investing in young people not just for a season, but for the long run, helping them build momentum, independence, and a strong sense of what is possible.
